WHO WE TEACH

not just your usual hotel school!

Our students are from a very wide variety of backgrounds and are of different ages. They are either homeless, rough sleepers or seeking refuge. They all have one thing in common: they want to change their lives.

Students are referred to us by The Passage, but also by a wide range of homelessness and refugee charities across London. Our world class teaching and mentoring is designed specifically with these challenges in mind, yet very much focusing on the future.

PRACTICAL TRAINING
We look at and play with food. We make coffee using specialist machines. We get our hands dirty.

GETTING OUT THERE
We visit restaurants, coffee houses, kitchens, markets and hotels across London.

TEAMWORK
We get people working together, putting on an event & building human skills.

MEETING THE HEROES
Leading professionals from across the industry host, address and inspire our students, and deliver their insight.

CONFIDENCE
One of our most important goals is to build confidence over time,  through teamwork, experience and mentoring.
