EXPERIENCE & MATCHMAKING

A NATIONAL STAMP OF APPROVAL

While progressing through the Main Course, students are assessed and advised. Work experience placements throughout the 10 weeks help to get trainees ready and confident, as well as introducing them to employers. Every student is carefully matched to the right employer in one of our partner businesses.


Our graduates leave with several recognised qualifications and endorsements from London’s top Hotels. This combination of national certificates and industry work placements has been welcomed by future employers.

PARTNER SELECTION
Our industry partners, such as The Goring, Park Plaza, Intercontinental Hotels Group, are carefully selected having a strong altruistic heritage, a deep understanding of the specific challenges we are facing, some experience with our client profile, and quite a bit of training.

MATCHMAKING
The Employment and Progression team works closely with each student after graduation to plan their next steps. This support includes arranging additional work experience opportunities and organising interviews with Employer Partners, ensuring that students are matched with environments that best align with their skills and needs.

EMPLOYMENT AND PROGRESSION SUPPORT
Each graduate is assigned a personal Employment and Progression Coach who works with them for up to one year after graduation. The coach provides all-around support as the graduate takes their first steps in a new role, helping them not only to settle in but to also sustain their position and further progress their career.
