A NATIONAL STAMP OF APPROVAL
While progressing through the Main Course, students are assessed and advised. Work experience placements throughout the 10 weeks help to get trainees ready and confident, as well as introducing them to employers. Every student is carefully matched to the right employer in one of our partner businesses.
Our graduates leave with several recognised qualifications and endorsements from London’s top Hotels. This combination of national certificates and industry work placements has been welcomed by future employers.

PARTNER SELECTION
Our industry partners, such as The Goring, Park Plaza, Intercontinental Hotels Group, are carefully selected having a strong altruistic heritage, a deep understanding of the specific challenges we are facing, some experience with our client profile, and quite a bit of training.
MATCHMAKING
We match the person to the place, and to the job. Each student completes a carefully tailored work placement with a selected employer prior to being placed in a full time job there.
IN-WORK/OUT-OF-WORK MENTORING
Each graduate is assigned a fully trained personal mentor as well as a work buddy.
